Un bonito lugar

Now I know.. Positive: The house was great and exactly what we needed. Negative: Communication with the property was difficult. I received an email that said I would get the door code 30min before check in, but then later received an email asking me to pay $.01. Since I knew the cleaning deposit was $150, the $.01 seemed odd. I ended up having to call booking.com customer support twice for them to talk to the property then explain that the $.01 was a pre authorization. I had called and messaged the property as well but only received emails that asked me to message rather than call and then an email about needing to pay the cleaning deposit with no link or way to do so. The property was great for us, and now I know the process. But that first night was difficult. It took about an hour to get into the property now we were there, and my son and I were late to the baseball game.

Property was a little smaller then i thought. Was very hot and thermostat was controlled by owner and was never set to a comfortable position and AC Was turned off in the middle of the night. Each room had a code on the door which felt unnecessary and the surrounding neighborhood was a little bit seedy. Bathroom on second floor water pressure was so hard it hurt your body to take a shower. Top floor bead rooms not friendly if your tall slanted ceiling make you hit your head if not carefull and steps leading up to upper rooms are very steep. Listing says downtown however it about 25 min walk to Downtown. Over all ok stay.
