all was greatsneaky checkin process from vrboi was held hostage to get in due to no security deposit being made. vrbo didnt tell me i had to do that externally and the home owner wanted method of payment that isnt tracable and sounded like a scam. cashapp venmo etc. i dont have those. i insisted on cc payment and was given a very hard timenot happy. had to wait 45 mins to access house

Nice place. Negative: Location was sketchy.

The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say the design of the building was very interesting and the stairs will remind you of old town homes. The washer and dryer worked correctly and was a big plus allowing us to pack light. The owner was great with communication and reminded us of the rules/ check out rules making it easy to check out. Over all it’s an okay place to stay, the arcade machine and the singing bar was definitely a big plus.
