While the property was neat and orderly inside, the back patio space and fire pit were unusable because there are rats outside. It was very disappointing that we were unable to sit outside for fear of rats touch, biting or crawling on or around us. Also, the stairs leading to the upper two bedrooms are very steep and those two rooms were very hot and only had fans.

all was greatsneaky checkin process from vrboi was held hostage to get in due to no security deposit being made. vrbo didnt tell me i had to do that externally and the home owner wanted method of payment that isnt tracable and sounded like a scam. cashapp venmo etc. i dont have those. i insisted on cc payment and was given a very hard timenot happy. had to wait 45 mins to access house
